What if This is My First bootybarre, bbarreless and Pilates Class?Classes are tailored to meet all levels of experinece. It doesn't matter is this is your first or your tenth class, Nicole and Melwill ease you into the exercises (and give options for those up to challenge of taking it to the next level!). Please arrive 5-10 min before class starts.

How do I Pay For Classes?First you book online for a class. You can either pay with a credit/debit card or e-transfer. The e-transfer can be sent to Nicole at nicpawlovich@shaw.ca. Once payment has been received your spot has been secured.

How Much Are Classes?Unlimited classes during a session is $120/month (September 11-December 22) When you sign up for session that is 60 min then each class is $17/class. When you sign up for session that is 45 min then each class is $15/class. Drop in classes are $20.

What if I Go On Holidays or Need To Miss a Class Durning My Set Session?You are more than welcome to make up the class during the session you are signed up for. Email Nicole at nicpawlovich@shaw.ca to tell her what day you can't make it to and to see what classes have room in them for a make up class.

What's A Par Q Form? And Do I Need to Complete One?If this is your first class, you will need to complete a Par Q Form and give it to Nicole Mel . This form lets Nicole and Mel know if you have any medical concerns that she needs to be aware of. You can e-mail or print off the completed Par Q Form and bring it to class.

What is a Typical Class Like?Bootybarre and bbarreless classes flow like this: Warm Up Arm Excercises Booty & Leg Excercises Ab Excercises Cool Down & Stretch Props are incorporated such as weights (please bring your own set) and Nicole will supply the bender balls, sliders, and bands. Pilates Classes flow like this: Alignment Check Warm Up Breath Work Flow Series Stretch

What Should I Wear?For bootybarre/bbarreless classes you will be moving and working up a sweat! Work out clothes that stretch and breathe are best. Grip socks (available for purchase at class) are recommended, but some people prefer to go barefoot. For Pilates classes you will be moving and finding deep stretches. Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. No shoes, grip toe socks or barefoot.

What Do I Bring?While most of the work is done on the studio floor or at the barre, you will need to bring the following items to each bootybarre/bbarreless class: Yoga Mat A Set of Dumbbell Weights (2 or 3 lbs) Water Bottle The work will be done on the studio floor so you will need to bring the following items to the Pilates class: Yoga mat (a thicker mat is preferred) Water Bottle

Are There Showers and Change Rooms at the Studios?None of the studios have showers or change rooms. But, there are bathrooms which can be used to change and freshen up after class!

What If I'm Pregnant?It is usually safe to continue classes if you were already doing bootybarre or bbarreless classes before you got pregnant. However, it is best practice to discuss with your doctor if you plan on continuing or starting a new fitness class during your pregnancy.
